So glad the holiday weekend is over! I really enjoyed the Ginger Snap Scrap blog hop! Lots of creative inspiration the whole weekend! I may be partial, but I thought Janea's projects were the best! I especially liked the card with the pinwheels and the 8x10 metal plate. So glad she was able to incorporate one of our retreat projects. I love seeing the way my friends are able to take an idea and run with it! Thanks Vonda for the great project idea. Loved it! I'm working on our stamp club project for next week and will post a picture as soon as I finish. Don't forget to make plans to attend the retreat in July, so much fun planned! We are asking everyone to bring two storage ideas, one that is working for you and one that is not. By everyone showing what works and what doesn't, maybe everyone will learn something new! Have a great week and happy stamping!!

Here's some diy stuff I found on Pinterest. Diffentely going to try this! Hope you do too. 1. Alcohol Inks and Spray Inks. They are easily and cheaply made with every day ingredients. They may not be of the highest ingredients, but they work for what I need them for! The first one I want to show you is the cool aid spray! Yep, cool aid is notorious for not coming out once spilled, so that’s just what we need. Get yourself an empty small spray bottle either from the dollar store or from Target (Pharmacy department.) Get the Cool Aid powder of your choice and dollar store rubbing alcohol. Place the cool aid powder in the bottle, fill it up almost to the top with rubbing alcohol. Shake to dissolve and that’s it! Of course you can add more or less powder, depending on how intense you want the color. I used orange cool aid in this example and I needed the whole package to get just a hue of orange. Since that is what I was aiming for, it’s fine. Other colors are more intense, so start with about 1 tsp and work your way up if you need to! Good Evening! I'm such a night owl, it's when I get the most done! Jessica and I are planning our next retreat; July 27-29, 2012 at Camp Tulakogee in Wagner. It's rustic and close to nature, we see several kinds of animals when we go there, deer especially. Beautiful scenery with the lake near, nice an quite. $120 includes all meals, snacks and beverages, goodie bags and door prizes. Oh, and tons of fun! I'll post some pics of our last retreat soon. Email me at stampinnana08@yahoo.com if you are interested. Oh, and the new catologs are in for Stampin' Up! -- $3.00 if interested. Happy scrappin'

I am so excited! Stampin' UP! will be launching a new catolog a whole month earlier this year. Great news! We also found out today they are making a change in the hostess program offering more steps to help you get the products for nearly nothing! I hate to say free because you still have to pay the s/h and taxes! lol. They are making a few changes in the mini catologs also. Instead of having three minis per year, we will now offer only 2. The catologs will be larger 8 1/2 X 11 or so. You won't find the changes on the website just yet, I am giving you a heads up. Hope you enjoy the changes! Happy stamping!

Hello! Long time no see! I going to try a do this blogging thing again. I find it really hard, not sure if I'm interesting enough for others to want to read what I have to say! Anyway, here it goes. Our stamp club and retreats have been rolling right along. This is our 4th year for stamp club and 3rd year for our retreats! Both have grown so much, I am so blessed. I have met so many wonderfully creative women who share their enthusium for the art of crafting. I've really been enjoying altered art projects and will be posting pictures shortly. A new place I have found is Serendipity Retreats near 51st and Harvard in Tulsa, OK. Michelle is the owner and does beautiful peices of altered art. She can make ANYTHING into something! She has good teachers who come in and show many neat projects -- cards, canvases, Cricut classes, ect. Check it out. Great place to shop too. Well, I won't take up any more of your time, come back and check out my blog. I am really going to try and keep up with it this time! Oh, the most important information I almost forgot! I'm going to be a Nana again! Lil' Cooper is going to get a baby brother or sister in about 7 months! Love it and can't wait to see this one! Happy Scrappin'
